Is my payment secure?
We just the highest encryption, and core payment systems that ensure the safety of all your payment information
What are the accepted payment methods?
We accept all major credit cards- Visa, Mastercard and American express. In the Netherlands, we accept Ideal, and for Belgium, we accept Bancard
Do you accept Klarna?
Yes, we accept Klarna. Go to checkout and choose Klarna.
What is the delivery time?
We ship all products within 2-4 business days. While we try to deliver within 5 business days, we do depend on our delivery partners.
What are your delivery charges?
We charge a flat fee of €4,95 for shipping orders below €50. For orders above €50, shipping is free.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver currently only within the EU.
What is your return and refund policy?
Return policy
You are entitled to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason for doing so.
The deadline for cancelling an order is 14 days from the date you received the goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision using a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Conditions for returns:
For the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The goods were purchased in the last 14 days
- The goods are unused, unwashed items, and those returned in their original packaging with tags intact.
The following goods cannot be returned:
- The supply of goods made to your specifications or personalized.
- The supply of goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, for example, goods which deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
- The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
- Gift cards
- Partially used gift cards
- Shipping costs
- Customs duties and government taxes
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method and may take 15-20 working days to appear in your account. If you notice any delays, feel free to reach out to us at contact@myxlook.com.
For exchanges, you’ll receive an email with tracking details once your new item ships.

Can I exchange products?
Unfortunately we do not allow product exchange. You can return the products and get a refund.
How do I request a refund?
Please write to us at contact@myraxlook.com. Please clearly state your order number and provide us with the shipping details for your return. Once we have received and inspected the product, we will refund you the amount. Please note that it may take 3-7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
